Terrie is a supporting member of the Residential Property Team. Her role includes:
• Assisting clients with queries by telephone and email;
• Preparing correspondence to other solicitors, mortgage lenders, estate agents and management companies; and
• Supporting Andrew in a variety of ways throughout transactions.
Since joining Horsey Lightly in February 2020, Terrie has become a valued member of the Team. She deals with client enquiries, lenders, search providers, the Land Registry and other parties involved in the conveyancing process. She is a good point of contact for clients at all stages of their transaction and will ensure matters proceed smoothly.
Terrie is up to date with her training, including the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme courses, and has a working knowledge of all stages of the conveyancing process.
