Claire is an experienced property lawyer and can advise and deal with most areas of residential property law. Claire enjoys working with clients on their conveyancing matters, keeping them informed and answering any questions they may have with a calm, friendly and plain English approach. She has a policy of involving agents at every step to ensure smooth communication takes place. Claire is supported by an enthusiastic, and knowledgeable team who work closely together on all client matters.
Claire’s career
Claire initially started life as a family lawyer and this has helped her develop skills in negotiating agreements, drafting and giving clear and accurate advice. She transferred to conveyancing in 2010 initially working for two other local firms, and then moving to Oxford to head up a small residential property team. Claire grew up in Newbury and is so pleased to be back on her home turf, working with other local professionals and clients.
